Mild ic thinkening with necrosis
I have discussed earlier about my aunt that she had swollen lymph node now she has done ct scan and the report shows mild ic thickning of 6mm of necrotic lymphdectomy what it tells it's active tb case kidnly suggest what is the further treatment plan
What are the other symptoms? Any history of previous TB or ATT intake or any family history? ESR and Mantoux / IGRA?? any other CT Abdomen features ? chest X Ray ?
