I am having mild headache, eye strain and pain in eyes...image attached pls suggest...i do wear spect for screens...

Pl do vision test and slitlamp eye examination. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment

While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Maintain right posture while using computer. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Sit away from ac and fan. consult sos/local ophthalmologist if symptoms persist or worsen.
