As she had sex on 1 January and she got her periods on 17 Jan till 19 jan she always had 3 days of periods but now she is feeling left side slight pain in lower abdomen with white discharge. The discharge is something white sometimes like water . Mild free fluid in cul de sac in ultrasound report what it means ?
