Mild fever, fatigue,weakness, vomiting

I have fever since 2 days and I'm feeling very weak. I'm also suffering from coughing and cold too. I had a paracetamol,and a cough syrup but it has helped only a little. Fever come and goes away.

Do widal test.dengue ns1antigen test. Take antibiotics for throat infection.
