Mild cough and stuffy nose

My son is 3 months old , it's been 2 days he has cough and stuffy nose. No fever/ breathing difficulties. Has no fever, feeding and sleeping well. What medicine should I give ?

As of now youcan start saline drops which are available as nasal spray in pharmacy ..you can spray in the nose 3-4 times /day 2 puffs ...note use saline drops and not medications like anticongestants
