Mild cold and mucous problem

I am feeling mild cold like symptoms for last one month. Feels mucous in nose to mouth area and in throat. I feel it in throat and also when I take long breathe, I have to spit frequently. In morning i got sneezes. There is NO fever, cough or body pain. I am taking water vapour once a day and drinking mild hot water. Please prescribe medicine and reason.

It's normal to have mucous But you need to take xray PNS And do cbc and absolute eosinophilic count to know what actually going on Whether it is sinusitis or any eosinophilia
