If you know your aggravating factors, try to avoid them. Try not to take a medicine as far as possible. If u have already been diagnosed with migraine , u can go for tab. Migranil once a day . This is a mild medicine to be taken wen migraine is present, higher medicines re provided only if your migraine becomes unresponsive to present treatment.
