  4. Middle back stiffness. Please help.

Middle back stiffness

I am having middle back stiffness and also tingling sensation on left side of the leg. On thigh and feet. The mid back doesn't hurt, but it becomes stiff and also the pain is more luck extreme discomfort but not ache/pain. Please help.
