Tab nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH. Meftal spas ds two times a day after food for 3to5. Mucain gel 10ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3to4 times. ADVISE USG WHOLE ABDOMEN  TO KNOW THE CAUSE.

It appears to be Gastritis. Take: 1. Pantoprazole 40 mg - 1 tablet in the morning, in an empty stomach, for 30 days. 2. Sucral syrup - 2 teaspoons, 3 times daily, an hour before food. 3. A bland diet like bread and milk. Try to find what is increasing your pain.
