Mental stability and becoming poised

I have been married for 13 years...since initial I was not my husband's priority. He gave me zero emotional support... I tried a lot and failed...in this process I lost my mental peace... I felt am waste Now I realised it and I want to move on and  stabilize myself... Please help

Realisation, means that already within you there is hope and need to bring some change, kudos :) There was a you before the relationship and there will be a you after. Stabilising oneself requires us to process difficult emotions, it requires us to find ourselves back and building on self worth. As you start focusing on all of this, you will find your way.

I suggest couple therapy for both of you so he also cooperates in this marriage. Your self worth is not related to whether you get emotional support from others so don't call yourself a waste.
