I am 24 years old guy and facing some mental health issues, I always feel depressed unhappy and emotional, I try to be happy but it seems every time facing some mental health issues , sometimes I don't know how to react , I don't know what I am doing , feeling under confident, and always feels negative , and sometimes I don't feel to talk to anyone , I feel like I want to live alone, don't know what is happening with me , please suggest the right path.
