My mind keep thinking the same thing negative things more and later on accept it as truth, and feel afraid of loosing control on body , feel confused , and my mind not accepting things are as it is from nearly 3 months.

Please take her for a psychiatric evalutaion. Going for an evaluation does not mean that she has an illness. She may have ceratin Mental Health concerna which may or maynot need medica lattention. Sometimes after a psychiatric evaluation a problem may be resolved or managed via Psychotherapy. At other times a combination of Mediccines and Psychotherapt. may work. So dont wory.
