Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help. Too much thinking about Work, relationships or career sometimes add stress into your mind and creates negative thoughts. This in turn Influences body to behave with dullness, lethargic, sleeplessness etc. We can't really control our thoughts, but we can only control the emotions that we add to our thought. Like adding a positive, happy emotion etc. But, it's easier said than done. You may need a some counselling support to overcome this.
