You seem to be emotionally sensitive and unable to handle yourself. There can be many external and internal factors that contributes for such issues. If you are not comfortable and confident talking about this to your family members,  consult a Counsellor and seek further help.  You need to revisit some of the past experiences that could be the cause and effect,  work on handling those emotions, set goals and priorities in order to move ahead. If required, the Counsellor might suggest you to consult a Psychiatrist.  Either way don't live with problems;  take the first step as you have long way to go and achieve many great things in life.
