Dear Member, please know that you are not alone in your crisis times. Many experts and helplines are available. Individuals facing crisis do go through such symptoms and feel like giving up. That may not be the solution. I applaud you for coming here and trying to solve your health concern.
1) inform family members or a close friend, so you have emergency support
2) call a helpline if you need support in middle of night also
3) start your psychotherapy or counselling from nearby expert. Let's try understand what is troubling you and then do supportive therapy work to make you cope better and build resilience
