I had my menstruation on 14th August(Hb-9.0)..It had continued for 4-5 days..I had a surgery on 22nd August(discharge summary attached)Menstruation again started since 30th August(Current Hb-8.7,flow is bit heavier than last time)Why am I having Menstruation again??Do I need to be worried about it?Does it have something to do with surgery?Kindly reply...Also,I had vaginal dryness(I had to put finger in vagina to defecate )due to which doc had prescribed vaginal medicines(one contained estrogen hormone)Is it due to that?Kindly reply

Needs to be applied Bleeding before 21 days is not normal Not worried but u need investigations n treatment Otherwise the hb will decline further
