As iam overweight i have been  exercising and dieting regularly and reduced 6kg in 3 months. I had my periods on 26th april which is 40days apart from last month. For two days i had very light bleeding and after that there was nothing . But on may 4th  again light bleeding started and its still continuing . Dont know what to do .

You are having irregular menstruation and spotting which is indicative of PCOS/PCOD. You need to do a lower abdomen ultrasonography to see the condition of your ovaries. Keep on doing exercises everyday because if it’s PCOS/PCOD then along with medications you need to exercise everyday and maintain healthy fat free diet.
