Menstrual periods

From 1 year, the blood discharge during menstrual cycle is very less, its dark brown in colour and usually ends in 2 days.1 single napkin is enough for the whole day, though I change it twice or thrice for hygiene. Period cycle is regular. I am worried, do I have any other health related issues. Kindly provide guidance.

Do you have children or are you planning a pregnancy? If you have children and you don't plan a pregnancy in near future then, I suggest, let the periods be the way they are. We can only increase the amount of bleeding under influence of hormones. And they have their own problems.
