Why is it that my menstrual flow reduced when I take tablets like meftal spas or paracetamol? I experience this everytime. The pain is reduced but blood flow is also reduced. Is this normal?

It is a coincidence. Otherwise Meftal or paracetamol don't affect the menstrual blood flow. In any case the assessment of the amount of blood loss is highly subjective.
