Menstrual cycle
Hi
I am 30 year old lady having PCOD from 22 years old. I had two kids inspite of PCOD with natural conception. Since am managing healthy lifestyle my cycle is normal but the problem am facing is I bleeds for only 2 days with 2 to 3 pads a day. Please help me to lengthen the days with more number of pads.

Great to note u managing well with diet n exercises balance it's good hopefully you screened for thyroid gland function as well.
Still u can have Black gram flour laddu by shallow fried in til oil n gud jaggery with Fenugreek seed powder for 7days prior every cycle for 3-7 cycles.
Hopefully maintain low carb diet n exercises

Hello madam... menstrual bleeding will be different for every lady, some may bleed for only 2 or 3 days, some others it will extend upto seven, one will have heavy bleeding some others moderate...
You have a regular cycle with two days bleeding and uses 2 to 3 pada a day...
It's normal ...no need to worry
