Memory loss in adult age.

Now a days I am clearly observing memory loss..I m unable to remember and forgot immediately who's I need to consult ..please suggest

I think u have another symptoms apart from forgetfulness. If you have depression then it is peudodepression which is similiar like dementia Jenerally this age group Dementia or pre senile dementia rare occur so don't worry .consult psychiatrist n taje treatment.Do exercise n read good books.
