Is meftal p syrup safe fr a 4 yr old when temp s high as 104 ?? Gave 5 ml ... His weight s 13.5 kgs.

5 ml MeftalP is higher dose for your child.You should be giving 4.0ml in case of fever.

Do sponging with water which is at normal temperature. Make him wear loose airy clothes
