My Wife is 4 month pregnant. My Dr. Gave few medicine which are listed below :- 1) folcure 5 2) Calcimax 3) Ecosprin 4) Fur-Next 5) Imumust 6) Tidilan 10 Whether all these medicine are mandatory to take during 4 month of pregnancy. She was taking medicine upto SR no 5 Up to 4 month....now one more added medicine TIDILAN 10...is this medicine really required ...???...Also  please suggest mandatory medicine after completing 4 month pregnancy. Thanks

Tidilan Is a medicine that is used to prevent preterm contractions Not required if the patient does not have any contractions

These are not routine medications, must have some complications like APLA or cardiac conditions or something, without which these medications won't be prescribed. Please consult with all the information. Only from the medications it is difficult to guide.

Tidilan not required if she is not having cramps/ spotting/short cervix . If she doesn't have any complications,low risk pregnant woman needs to take iron and calcium supplements regularly.

Is ur wife comes under high risk pregnancy,  does the doctor mention this? Are the calcium, vit -D levels low? Is she having contracted uterus(feeling of tightening at lower  abdomen)? Any h/o short cervix in scan?
