Doctor, my anal itching and pain while passing stool started around August 2025, after I joined the gym in May 2025. Initially I was treated for piles, but later it was diagnosed as a fungal infection. Around July 2026, I developed intense itching in the scrotal area. I started treatment with Itrazet 200 mg, Tacshot 0.1%, Dessalo and other medicines, but had to stop for 7 days due to a viral infection. I restarted the same treatment on August 8. On August 28, my medicines were changed to Bilasure 40 mg, Skinfay, Dizit 5 mg, Tacshot and Pacroma. I started these on September 2, but as of September 9, I haven't noticed much improvement. Could you please tell  the condition and confirm whether it is still fungal or if another skin condition could be causing the symptoms? On prescription it is written has  resolving fungal and contact dermitis
