Sir /mam I need help please..my son is 2 year old and he has been suffering from measles...now his body rash home away but his health is not ok...he not feeling easy .. uneasy stomach, crying and fever... .. what should I do.. please suggest can I give vitamin a syrup with homeopathy medicine to him
