Hello, my sister got diagnosed with MDR tuberculosis last month.she has been advised 2 yrs treatment.I  wanted to know  Is it completely curable? please help.

Hi. I understand your concern s. It is curable if you are taking proper treatment and have s regular follow up with your treating doctor.

It is curable but not in aii cases If sputum is positive after MDR treatment it is called xdr-tb.
