All oral MDR TB regimen will be for duration of 18-20 months,shorter oral bedaquiline containing MDR/RR tb regimen for 9-11 months depending upon the culture conversion,if not eligible for all oral regimen have to include injectable drugs, it is more of tailored regimen according to drug susceptibility and previous history of ATT usage etc ,

3regimens are there..oral and injectable..duration is from 9months to 2years depends on the type of regimen
