Therefore we need to check neighbouring joints and their Strength training enough, so that knee do not go for overweight bearing. Each person and his Strength is different, proper examination and treating body as a whole is worth. Don't just mingle around MCL; being a hockey player, core strength is equally important. You can check it by standing on one leg, if your foot shivers that is the cause.
