When I eat food little bit spicy still I fell too spicy and I can't open my full mouth I can open up to more than two fingers and I have quite my habit for last 5 months I was eating chewing tobacco so what should I eat and what should I do?

Hi...see the best thing u did is quit habit...that's good ...now for spicy food better is to avoid for certain time...and apply kenakort oint... Thrise daily for one month and take tab. Sm..fibro... Two times daily for 1 month.. Go for cleaning your teeth.
