Maxillary lateral incisor

I am missing my lateral incisors from the both side and I'm also missing my other on teeth near to the right of my upper lateral incisors. Can it will be fixed..?

When I was a around 12 Yrs kid one of my upper central Incisor teeth had to be removed.that gap is partially covered by neighboring tooth but still I have gaps between my teeth which looks bad.
