Masturbation orgasm in third trimester?

Is it safe to have orgasm in third trimester of pregnancy? Mostly avoided but just did once (no sex). In ultrasound no significant findings except that Placenta is 5cm away from cervix. Had mild abdomen tightness for 5 minutes but then not feeling any discomfort. Please confirm if I need to get checked?
