1. Maintain sleep hygiene:
fix your sleep schedule, try to sleep and wake up in same time ( 11pm to 5am).
2. don't drink coffee, tea and energy drinks in evening.
3. maintain good sleep environment: keep your bedroom tidy, clean and comfort.
4. block out noise and light.
5. exercise daily
6. try to eat dinner by 8:30pm, sleep after 2 hours of dinner.
