My wife has herniated discs since couple of years. There are two types of massagers - 1. Handheld massager 2. Massager seat/chair (Shiatsu massager with rotators which gives vibration and heating - attached image) If I use Shiatsu back massage seat for my wife who has few hernatied discs in lumbar region (L2, L4), can it improve her spine health or worsen?
