Hello doctor...I would like to know if I can have meftal spas and dolo 650 both during my periods..? As I've already had meftal spas for stomach pain and feeling a bit fevwrshish due to weather change... Can I have dolo 650 as well?

Dolo 650 will decrease fever and pain Meftalspaz will only decrease pain.
