Yes , reports are normal but u have a chance of future developing of Anemia known as Megaloblastic anemia.  There is easy prevention if u do earlier management for 7 days.  But if untreated will have maximum chance of developing this type of anemia with many more issues. . Looks like you are from east india. And this is common in that part of india where people have macroplatelets or slightly large sized platelets. It’s called Harris syndrome. It’s normal for you. So nothing to do.
