Under going anti tuberculosis treatment for around 6 months and on Rcinx 600 for last two months .. lump size has reduced significantly since the beginning of course .. Conducted GeneXpert 3 months back for resistance but it was negative (denied primary tb as well ) But now for last 3-4 days feeling nausea , head spinning, weakness .. Conducted CBC, ESR ,LFT ...CBC is normal ESR is 20 and attaching the LFT report. Is this possibly a drug resistance ??
