Lymph node TB

My mother has a swelling node over the neck over past 4 months. It doesn't pain nor irritate her. But then it starts getting bigger. F So after testing several test like FNAC we found that is a gland of TB. We immediately starts the treatment for TB. Its now 3 months and she consumes all medicine. But inside that node pus is generating its feels pain. That node is not flattering. The pus was removed by the doctor threw 💉 two times in one month Aslo she gets fever in morning 99 and after taking the medecine in afternoon its get between 100 and 101 in evening time Also she not liking food to take... She consumes only 1 to 2 chapati in both meals time. If operating is need in it to remove the pus If needed what kind of operation should it be

Hello U need to repeat tests like Pus for genexpert Pus for AFB culture Pus for bacterial culture
Next Steps
u need to consult a pulmonologist and a surgeon in person so that local examination of the swelling can be done it may require surgery

Pus has only to be removed through syringe in non dependant area.it has to be sent for c/s, Afb and cbnatt test. It will take time for complete cure. .Pl do biopsy of the Node also.pl consult pulmonologist for better evaluation and treatment.
