Hello, You have already completed a full and adequate course of TB medicines ,which is more than enough for lymph node TB. In many patients, the lymph nodes do not disappear completely and some can remain as small lumps even after successful treatment. These are usually just old healed or scarred nodes and do not mean the TB is still active. So, you don’t need to take any further TB medicines or undergo extra tests right now. The important thing is to stay in regular follow-up with your doctor and report if you notice any new symptoms such as fever, night sweats, weight loss, or if the lumps suddenly increase in size or become painful. For now, please be reassured you are fine and only need periodic check-ups, not more treatment.

You have taken more than required treatment. Lymph nodes May resolve. But they May not disappear. That doesnot mean they are active. Pl built up your immunity. Take protien diet. Avoid bad habits. Pl consult.
