A small lymph node swelling in back of neck is persist from last 5 month which is painless . No other problems like fever , weight loss. After taking antibiotics which is reduced but not disappeared completely. Usg reports says small chronic inflammation. What does mean chronic & is it any serious life risk . Attached usg report & picture of affected locations.

Usg report is useful but not diagnostic. A FNAC(Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology) will be very helpful and also tell us about the probable cause,eg tb lymphnode.since usg report suggest chronic inflammation , a diagnosis of tb cannot be ruled out,so FNAC - and CBNAAT will be helpful.
Next Steps
consult a doctor for futher management.
