Patient diagnosed with lung tb on july. Recent ultrasound result shows: Multiple variable size heteroechoic lymphnodes are seen in periportal, peripancreatic and para aortic region, largest measuring ~ 27 × 22 mm in periportal region. Blood test report shows: ESR 21 Lower back pain since 3 days and loss of appetite

you need a ct to rule out lymphadenopathy..although since you're already on att ,so will be continuing it through full course

The patient might have disseminated tuberculosis. The treatment is the same for lung tb. Continue talking your meds and consult for further management

Pl continue the Att course,for full course. Most probably the nodes also will decrease. If not reduced, pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
