Recent ultrasound result shows: Multiple variable size heteroechoic lymphnodes are seen in periportal, peripancreatic and para aortic region, largest measuring ~ 27 × 22 mm in periportal region. Blood test report shows: ESR 21 Lower back pain since 3 days and loss of appetite

you need a ct to rule out lymphadenopathy..although since you're already on att ,so will be continuing it through full course
