Lungs infection diagnosed

1. Few calcified foci are seen in bilateral upper lung zone. 2. Bilateral lung zone are hyperinflated with flattening of diaphragm. 3. Apical pleural thickening is noted bilaterally. These three issues were diagnosed on my father's X-ray, May I know further details and worrying level, please!!

Is ur father having any respiratory issue currently if yes then he should consult a pulmonologist as what ever changes are there these represent old infective sequalae and can be the reason of current symptoms of breathelessness

They are only old infection marks,with copd.No active treatment is necessary. Pl do Lung exercises with respirometer. Pl build your immunity. No worry at all.pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
