Few years ago a doctor told me that my lungs are in very poor condition. This is my recent X-ray. In how good or bad conditions are they now?

X ray doesn't seems like in bad condition. For exact condition you have to look lung function test(spirometry)

Hi. I understand your concern s. Lung condition can not be assessed based on chest x ray. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation. Consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest
