It's small i feel with my toung when I streach my lip becomes visible but skin around it moves

Hello ! The mouth ulcer seems unusual it might be due to long term trauma from the tooth like while biting due to wrong occlusal forces the lips inside might get ruptured if it is the case u should consult your dentist and get to know your occlusion, the second cause could be .. if u have any habits of chewing pan or smoking it might cause you soo .. sometimes usually out of stress people gets mouth ulcers which are very common .. use riboflavin medication under the prescription of your physician.. if it is irritating apply chlorhex gel .. apply on the area .
