Lump semi-solid type

Sir/ma'am I had a lump semi solid type, painless , which I  felt by pinching my finger over skin near groin area closer to anal opening.It was present since 5-6 months but now has disappeared magically on it's own. It's not present now anywhere. Is this common? Should I do any blood test or any test?
