Lump or pimple formation near to my anus

For few couple of days i having pain when i sit for long hours and work.i have observed a pimple like thing near to my anus and whenever i  touch it pains.Is it that i have piles or some other thing. It has become a small lump formation and if it's piles which cream should i use and how can it be treated because in the internet i have seen self care can be done for this please help me i am also attaching the pic for the reference!!

It looks like external hemorrhoids. Do sitz bath Apply osil cream Drink plenty of water Take syrup duphalac 10ml hs for 5days Avoid spicy food

It is most probably a thrombosed pile. It will not go by any ointment application. You have to take Antibiotics and after that it will have to be operated.
