Hi dear Sometimes it happens when u shave because of the blade wait for few days for it to resolve. If not it might be pus collection so then u have to go to get it drained. Take care

The painful swelling could be a enlarged lymph node ,due to shaving which may have caused local infection.Take some over the counter painkillers and apply warm water compression. If not relieved consult with a general physician in your area for a clinical examination and antibiotics treatment.

Shaving could have caused minor injury, which served as portal of infection and caused this swelling

Hi i have noted your concern, Swelling/ lump in your armpit is most likely because of swollen axillary lymph nodes or some infection due to shaving Please do not apply any deodorant or perfumes directly under your armpits and also do not wear tight clothes You can do some warm compression 3-4times in a day For pain relief Kindly consult for providing proper history and to provide you with appropriate treatment and management And also consult now if you have any further queries
