Having small lump in right hand armpit. From last 2 having pain as well. Please suggest some medicine.

Lump over the armpit which is painful can be 1) furuncle 2) infected sebaceous cyst 3) abscess 4) hiradenitis suppurativa so only if a picture is shared or on examination we can diagnose what t s ? So antibiotics /analgesics/PPI along with T.BACT oinment will help u as of now if t doesnt settle u might require surgical management
