Hello, I'm having small lump in my anus area without any pain and bleeding. I'm applying anovate from last one month. But there are no results. So what should be the next step. I'm attaching picture for the reference. Thank you.

Sitz bath with betadine solution Anobliss ointment- Around anus Syp Duphalac-10 ml after dinner(if stool gets softer,then stop)
