I have consumed Lumia 60k tablets daily instead of weekly. Vitamin d deficiency was first diagnosed for which the tablet was prescribed weekly. Level was 14.8 ug/ml back then.

Not to worry.  My vitd3 level  is 149, my ortho  advise  me to consume  daily.  Now I have  stopped.. Add plenty of water and liquid.
