I am trying to conceive . But I am having pain during intercourse even after using coconut oil. Can I use lox 2% gel while having . Will it effects the movement of sperms by killing them ?? If yes , can you please suggest me some gel which reduces pain and have proper intercourse and doesn't effect the sperms and helps in pregnancy .
